Finsia is currently conducting follow up research to its 2010 survey of financial service professionals about their perceptions of the gender divide in the financial services industry, and is calling for volunteers to participate by completing an online survey. This year's survey aims to see whether recent policy initiatives to improve gender equity in the industry have resulted in real cultural change.
