Seen a job ad like this one lately? Might not work for some of you...

My LinkedIn buddy Connie is always sending me thought starters for the day... and I couldn't help but share this one.  Have you come across a job ad like this one lately?

Outrageous and an appalling job ad for a candidate to read!

Women aren't even allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia so I'm sure sexist job ads would be the very least of the gender issues Saudi women would encounter on a daily basis!

Yes KM... i guess when you put it that way there is some context... it just seems so outrageous to me! Jen :-)

Funny, but fact of life over there I'm afraid. We sometimes get asked for speaking engagements in Saudi but they prefer my (less qualified) male colleague!

Well I can vouch that it's definitely their loss, Danielle! (nothing against your colleague, i'm sure he's great but I know that you are too!!) Jen :-)

good they don't ask for women for such a boring job... it's certainly something only a desperate man could do...
